Terms of Service

Please read all terms of service listed below as I, the artist shall hold no accountability nor responsibility for the client having not read the TOS. I also hold the rights to modify the TOS and deny service of any request I deem reasonable

  • All payments must be made upfront in USD via Paypal or vGen.

  • Refunds will only be issued should I not begin the request within the 24-72 hour window or should I feel like the request cannot be fufilled. No refunds will be issued after the sketch has been approved

  • An invoice will be sent once the commission request has been approved. You will be provided a 72 hour window to respond to the invoice or your spot will be opened to another client put on the waitlist.

  • The commission will begin once payment has been made fully.

  • Please provide clear references.

  • Works in progress will be provided upon request by the client.

  • WIPs may be sent should any questions come up.

  • Commissions will take at least a week up to 3 months to complete. Should anything come up, you will be notified ASAP. Also note that work, school, and life pretty much may alter the time frame for the commission to be completed and you will still be notified if that happens

  • If you have a deadline, please let me know when filling out the form. A rush fee will apply.

  • Customer satisfaction is very crucial to me and I will do everything I can to satisfy any of my clients.

  • Small revisions (color mistakes, or small missing details) upon completion will be allowed free of charge. Any major revisions will be for a fee. Refer to the price page for estimates.

  • I, the artist hold the rights to use the artwork to display on any of my sites and socials for promotional purposes, display anywhere of my choosing, and publish books with credit given. I will not claim copyright to the characters if owned by you, another owner, or another fandom.

  • You, the client may use the artwork for personal usage only unless a commercial license is purchased.

  • Please be sure to credit me when using my art on another site.

  • Personal Usage: Icons, PFPs, Banners for Twitter, IG, Twitch, Discord, Ko-Fi or any socials with credit given.

  • Commerical Usage: Digital and Physical Merch

  • Please do not edit/trace over, reproduce, take credit for, remove watermarks/signatures, or use my art for any NFT or AI usages!!!!!!

  • Note that I might stream art from time to time and chances are that I may wound up streaming your commission. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Please note that I only draw females but that might be subject to change

  • Please for whatever reason, DO NOT FILE A CHARGEBACK AGAINST ME!!!!!!! Should you do so, the rights of everything I have made for you will be retracted and the copyrighted art work will be sold to new buyers.

  • You will also be banned from commissioning me ever again, blocked from any socials that I am on, and placed on a blacklist which will potentially be shared with other artists offering commissions as a warning for them to beware of you.

  • I also can file a complaint if necessary and hold all rights to the money you've given me for my services.
